Podcasts came about 23 years ago because people owned devices.

Little MP3 players call iPods, the Apple iPod.

And the podcast was a way of going,

you don't just have to listen to music on this.

You can physically download a show called a podcast and

then you listen to that once you've downloaded it because this iPod doesn't have any

fucking internet on it. It's an MP3 player. iPods were discontinued in 2022. So podcast is

meaningless. It's like saying roll down the window in the car.

When was the last time you rolled down a window, you press a button now.

The physical act of rolling down the window no longer exists.

Or hang up the phone.

I don't even pick up the phone anymore.

I just go, hey Siri, call one of my friends. So I don't do it anymore. I don't see a friend the phone anymore. I just go, Hey, Siri, call one of my friends.
