What happens to me most of the time is not so much that I don't fall asleep easily. It's more that I wake up in the middle of the night, maybe 2 o'clock, 3 o'clock.

Out of the blue, I'm ready to go. I'm ready to go for the day.

Not sleepy at all. This has been going on for about 23 years. It started when I had a life event that

was very upsetting. At that time, I was, you know, I was feeling very anxious.

And so it was tied into that, but it has never really gone away.

And I took medication for about 15 years to sleep with.

And it turned out that I couldn't sleep without the medication.

If I went somewhere and I forgot it, then I would be awake the whole night.

It really decreases my motivation to get my work done.
