So I guess I can go first. I had my blog, I sing in glitter and my podcast, the Dream Bigger podcast

and I was just really into wellness and you know that's that's a little bit of I guess like

the easiest way to talk about my background. We can get into why we started the brand later,

but Nish. Honestly, for me, I was just working in the technology industry. I used to be a software

developer, but I really enjoyed working on companies. So I started a little company before that
