This is the Gary V. Audio Experience.

Hello everybody, I'm Gary Vaynerchuk, founder and CEO of Vayner Media and Vayner X.

My holding company that holds the eight or nine companies now I have under the communications

operational communications infrastructure here at Vayner X.

I'm the active CEO of Vayner Media, but we also have a speaking bureau, a production

facility, a small and mid-size business agency called the Sasha Group, I named after my dad.

But I'm not here to talk about that, I'm here to give you a little context as I start,

but I want to wish all of you a tremendous happy holiday, an incredible 2021.

And I'm excited to talk about really some of the outlooks I see around things like practical

optimism, operations and sales opportunities in 2021.

And really some of the marketing opportunities we see for B2B businesses, service businesses,

SaaS businesses, the ecosystem, what I would call the LinkedIn podcast opportunity that

many are missing.

For me, 2020 was a tremendous amplifier of the message that I've been putting into marketplace

for the last five years to set the context.

I grew up in the Soviet Union, and I came here when I was three years old.

And I really got fortunate to grow up with little and have to grind my way through the streets

of New York and New Jersey, really New Jersey where I kind of grew up and really kind of

created a world for myself around entrepreneurship, around leadership as being that alpha kid.

Eventually, I had a big baseball card business, but ultimately really got my chops in my dad's

liquor store in the late 90s, launched the Commerce Wine Business in the late 90s, built

a 150 personal organization for my dad's business, built a business that was doing $4 million
