As we head into the new year, I'm not trying to set bigger goals or push harder. Honestly,

I'm doing the opposite. I've realized that striving has a way of sneaking in to almost everything

I'm doing, even when things are going well. And it slowly steals joy, peace, and clarity. So lately,

every goal and every decision in my life and business has to pass through the same three filters.

Is this simple? Is this effortless? And is it actually fun? And so in this episode, I want to walk you through

that filter and how it's changing the way I build, decide, and trust God with what's next.

these filters real quick, but I want to give you a little bit of context. 2025 for me,

best year of business ever, record revenues and profits, incredible new things, building new offers, building new events,

coaching new clients, wrote a new book that's coming out in a couple of weeks here,

spoke on new stages, met new people. I mean, it was an amazing year for business. And then in

family, incredible trips and opportunities and moments and memories made, celebrated 20 years

of marriage with my wife, Shay. We're about to go to Hawaii and celebrate as we didn't have time in October. That's how
