Summary

In this episode of T Is for Transformation, Shaun tackles a topic that might make some squirm: saying “I love you.” From cultural differences to family dynamics, Shaun explores why three simple words can feel so complicated—and why he says them without hesitation. Whether it’s to his mom, his husband Scott, a close friend, or even a gym buddy, Shaun shares how expressing love in different layers connects us on a deeper level. He dives into love languages, self-love, and how the way we give and receive affection reveals more about our confidence and upbringing than we think. This isn’t just about romance—it’s about healing, reflecting, and transforming through the power of love. Get ready to get uncomfortable, then break through.
