Oh, I'm sharing with you today why I love two old things.

Old movies and old photographs.

You know, I just love,

maybe not even seeing the entire movie, even just going on to YouTube and watching a clip of a movie that was created years, years, decades, decades, decades, decades ago, where all of the actors and actresses that you see on screen you know

that maybe unless they were a child actor back then that they're dead. They had their time, that was their moment, that was their

creative contribution, the movie that we still get to watch and enjoy, often in black

and white too, which is I think pretty gorgeous as well on its own.

But I love watching a movie or seeing a clip or even just looking at old pictures of New York where or other city you know wherever city

you live in or whatever city you love like I love looking at old New York pictures and follow a couple

of cool Instagram accounts that show old retro New York where I know that a lot of the people

who I'm looking at they they're not alive anymore right they lived in a different time and

the reason I love watching those old movies is because I think one day

in the future someone is going to watch, I don't know, maybe one of my old videos or listen to this

podcast or read a book that I created in my short precious lifetime.

And it makes me think that first of all there is just not this pressure

that we believe right we don't have to be perfect not make mistakes get

everything right I mean we're all going to be dead one day

How's that for perspective and even if I've tuned into an old movie that was very, very popular at the time, or even watch some

clips from it, I'm one of very few people doing that these days.

And often when we create, when we step up to show ourselves or to make a contribution we think it's life
