Why I like anger. we're not supposed to like anger are we we're supposed to stuff it away

Anger is unbecoming as some old etiquette books will have us believe.

Let me tell you why I love anger.

I mean, I don't love feeling it and I don't want to experience it

for extended periods of time.

But as a life coach coach when someone tells me they feel angry,

I start to get excited. Not excited because they're experiencing some negative or top emotion, but because I'm like, ah, aha, there's something here.

This is information and it's showing us a way forward.

Anger is what we feel when there is a boundary violation.

Or maybe where we're holding ourselves back from something.

We're not allowing ourselves to be ourselves.

Sometimes I see anger in these like almost many explosions people have if they're

always obliging others, right? If they're always putting other people's needs first and then

one day enough is enough. Or maybe you're going through some

form of spiritual journey and then you start to feel angry that your life is what

it is. You start to think, I'm not using my talent, like I'm so held back in my life, like why am I

settling for this small comfortable life when there is so much more for me?

Or maybe you feel angry when someone takes advantage of you or pushes you a little bit too far or expects too much.

You know what used to make me angry?

A lot of people reaching out to me all the time saying,

hey can we meet, hey can I pick your brain, hey can we do this, hey can we do that.
