All right. So I thought we'd start today talking about YouTube because Neil just fired his YouTube agency. And ironically, or maybe it's not so ironic, but right after this recording, I'm going straight to the studio in Century City to record, which is where Neil records as well. And I'm enjoying my YouTube right now, but I'm very appreciative that Neil spent this money on his YouTube agency because we took a lot of inspiration from what they do.

And a lot of it's working for our stuff, but we're doing it in our own way, which I'll talk about in a second.

0:26.3

But why'd you fire a YouTube agency?

0:28.0

Yeah.

0:28.3

So Eric knew me going into this that there was a chance that I wouldn't end up working with them for a long time.

0:35.6

Their editing quality is amazing. The problem that I

have with them is, or what I ended up learning from this process, let's actually go back there

0:55.9

script because they would give me a topic. Once they give me a topic, I then record, call it 10

1:03.1

minutes on the low end, 30 minutes on the high end of notes for that video. And over time,

1:10.2

they would then take those voice recordings and turn it or video

1:15.5

recordings because sometimes I would screen share and turn it into a script. And in their scripts,

1:21.3

some of it was bomb-tastic. And I like taking that word, you know, Rameet Sethi taught me that word

1:26.9

a long time ago.

1:27.8

When I say bomb-tastic, things like, if you don't do this, you won't achieve a million

1:34.9

dollars income.

1:36.0

Like a lot of it's money related, how to get rich related.

1:39.4

And I hated that.

1:40.2

It's how to get rich.

1:41.0

And it's also fear-driven sometimes.

1:43.4

Yes.
