Today we are diving into part two of our series on things that I have changed my mind on as a nutrition coach, personal trainer.

0:12.7

These are things that I have changed my mind on again over the years.

0:17.4

And this is through experience myself, like things that I have actually went through and gone through

0:23.2

and seeing, okay, this does matter. And this is also through working with clients one-on-one in my

0:29.5

shred program, helping clients lose fat, build muscle, change their body recomposition, lots of

1:35.6

those myths. I'm talking about how meal timing is going to affect your behavior, your hunger

1:41.8

levels, your energy, your recovery, your sleep, your cravings,

1:46.4

digestion, ability to stay consistent and adherence. So what I want to talk about today is

1:51.6

what I used to believe, what's changed my mind, and what I would actually recommend now.

1:56.4

I do want to clarify something before I start. I still believe calories and macros are the primary
