Summary

Breaking up is never easy—especially when the person you’re leaving isn’t toxic, cruel, or a bad partner, but simply not the right match. In this episode, Jillian shares her personal story of ending a relationship with a “good person” and the powerful lessons she learned about values, lifestyle alignment, friendship, and trust. She explores the subtle red flags we often ignore, the fear of becoming “the villain” in someone else’s story, and why staying with the wrong partner ultimately hurts both people. If you’ve ever struggled with knowing when to walk away—or questioned a breakup after the fact—this conversation will give you clarity, courage, and self-trust.
