| 1:18.6 | expecting a slight decline, and sales were 0.8% higher than July of 2024. The way they calculate |

| 1:30.5 | likely signed in May and June when the average rate on the 30-year fixed mortgage was declining. |
| 1:36.4 | That rate exceeded 7% briefly in May, then ended June at 6.67% according to Mortgage News Daily. |
