Delving into Dr. Elaine Aron's groundbreaking research, we uncover why HSPs often feel misunderstood and alienated in a society geared towards the non-sensitive. With an estimated 15-20% of the population experiencing the world with heightened sensitivity, the need for acceptance, understanding, and effective coping strategies has never been greater. We share practical tools and insightful strategies designed to help HSPs navigate their sensitivities, embrace their superpowers, and thrive in a world that can sometimes feel overwhelming. how we should be, that we're weird or strange or wrong in how we process, experience, and react to the world.

We can't change our eye color.

2:16.5

We just can't. So don't waste your time trying not to be

highly sensitive if you are. I hope today's episode helps you understand and embrace sensitivity
