1:13.4	relating to the buildup towards January 6th, that infamous day now in American history.
1:20.5	And I'm going to be asking Jacob what I always ask him when these Trump legal stories pop up.
1:27.1	Jacob, you tend to always say this one is a real biggie, and he's going down.
1:33.8	Is this one a biggie?
1:35.6	Freddie, I would say that you tend to say that I tend to say that it's going to be a real biggie.
1:41.7	I think that I became more cautious as the Trump presidency proceeded
1:46.2	about prognosticating his imminent demise. And I think actually many critics of Trump
1:55.9	have become somewhat more sober. And they've recognized that he is the true Teflon president,
2:04.0	that nothing seems to stick to him. In this instance, I do believe that the D.C. court,
2:11.5	that this case represents a graver threat to him than the other cases. The document's case is quite complex.
2:22.7	He will be before a sympathetic jury and a judge in Florida. It will probably not be easy to
2:29.6	convict him on that. I don't know that it's easy to convict him on the January 6th, but the obstacles that
2:36.0	Trump faces are far more formidable than the ones that he has encountered in the past. The most
2:42.3	prominent two being a DC jury and judge that will not be predisposed to find him not guilty.
