Hiya! I'm back, and today I'm chatting all about my pregnancy journey, and especially something that no one warned me about in the first trimester.
I struggled with this overwhelming feeling of a dark cloud over my head, and feeling sad and low. But I wasn't unhappy that I was pregnant, I had depression.
Plus, me and Jake have found our perfect baby name! After a few trial and errors though! Thanks Google.
And, now that I'm in my third trimester I'm starting to get excited about what's to come like decorating the nursery, and learning how the F to burp a baby!
Thanks for coming along for the ride!
Until next month,
Charlotte X
Note: This episode does discuss topics surrounding depression during pregnancy, if this is triggering for you, please feel free to skip through the first part of the episode.
