Summary

In today’s episode, I sit down with Dr. Carlo Blanco, who works with high-level leaders to eliminate stress at its root and restore clarity under pressure. We talk about how mindset shapes success, why happiness is not something you earn later, and how uncertainty fuels anxiety in a world flooded with information. I share how I lost everything while chasing the wrong identity, and what it took to rebuild with purpose, faith, and daily practices that create real fulfillment. We also get into the power of surrounding yourself with the right people, taking action over analysis, and redefining success as enjoying the consistent pursuit of your potential.
