It's a day after Labor Day, September 8th, and hopefully you had a good time yesterday.

Maybe if you did work, hopefully you were thankful for it. And if you had some time off, you got to enjoy that with some friends or family or maybe just some time to yourself to kind of just reflect and

recharge for the week or for the month. You know, we've all had a lot going on. So anyway, hope this

message is reaching you and you are doing well. So got a quick message for today. You know,

as you know, I'm doing this episode every day for the rest of September,

trying to bust the mountain. So today is a bit of a shorter one, but I think it's a good one,

and I hope it'll be beneficial to you. So before we get started, I'm just going to go ahead

and take that deep breath. Hopefully you can take it with me and slow down for a second,

bring that oxygen in, and really just get some insightfulness,

whether you get it from the message or sometimes you're even listening to something and then you zone out,

but then you connect some dots in your head from listen to it.

So whatever the benefit is, hopefully it's a great one.
