In the podcast, I use the word harmful.

Harmful is a very common word. Harmful means something that hurts, something that damages something.

If you say grammar is harmful, it means grammar actually hurts your English.

Okay, I use the word hesitant in this podcast.

Hesitant has the idea of being not sure, not confident.

If you are hesitant it means you start to do something, then you stop.

Then you start again, then you stop.
