initial thought was that sounds like someone who doesn't want to marry you. I mean, okay,

and again, just joking, just joking.

I'm an inspiration of the Mike Schmitz, and this is the sense of presence. So recently, a young

gentleman reached out and contacted me. He said that the young woman he's dating is hesitant to

marry because her question was, well, Jesus says marriage doesn't exist in heaven. So why would we

get married if it's just going to end in heaven? But it's a legitimate question, I think, in many

ways, because it doesn't just pertain to marriage, it pertains to a lot of things. And the deeper response

that at least I've been reflecting on for the last couple of weeks since he reached out and asked

me about this is that there are things that are worthwhile on earth that don't exist in heaven.

In fact, there's other things we'd say there are other blessings that belonging to Christ and

following Jesus give to us that there aren't just heaven. For example, yes, while heaven is the

absolute blessing, right, it's called the Biotetic Vision, the blessing of blessings.

While heaven is that incredible blessing, being able to have this unmediated love of God in

worship of God and just being a God's presence can't get any better. And yet,

there are blessings that come along with following God in this lifetime. I mean, blessings like

knowing that your life matters, blessings like knowing what you do matters, blessings like knowing

that you have a relationship now with God. In fact, it's not just about the Biotetic Vision,

the Biotetic Vision, like heaven itself is the fruition of a life spent in relationship with God.

You have access to the Father right now as you are because of what Jesus has done

pouring out the Holy Spirit upon you. You have access to the Father. So,

we don't just have to wait until heaven to have this relationship. We actually get to live it now.

I think the problem with maybe a lot of us is that we don't live the joy of heaven now.
