Obviously, this is not a one-size-fits-all question. We're not going to sit here and tell you that running daily 5Ks or becoming a Sudoku wizard are going to change your lives.

1:29.2

Although both have worked for me. Do love a little Sudoku.

1:32.9

Right. We're not selling it here, are we, Hamish?

1:36.6

Selling the sober life.

1:38.2

I'm not boring. I just love Sudoku.

1:42.1

Before we delve into the hobbies that could help you with your sobriety, let's begin by looking at how we used to fill our time before we got sober.

1:49.2

1:57.1

Beneath that, you wrote about how similar you used to be to him whilst growing up. You had lots of dreams, career aspirations, and I imagine a wide range of hobbies.
