Authenticity has become a buzz word. It's trendy and used everywhere — but what does it actually mean?
In today's episode, Ashley is explores this, beyond language, aesthetic, performance and identity. It begins with the power of feeling - something that so many people have forgotten how to do. Ashley teaches that feeling is the doorway to authenticity. It is how we return to who we are beneath conditioning, patterns, survival strategies, and the identities we built to stay safe.

She also speaks about how, through the awakening process, it can feel like we are dying and being reborn again and again as these layers fall away. She shares stories from her own life about the places she has softened and how we are all truly just doing our best.
