Today, we're going to talk about why consuming fatter meat is much easier to digest than consuming

And this could be why people have a much easier time digesting hamburger versus a leaner

They may say that they have a problem digesting red meat, but in fact, it could just

be that the red meat that they're consuming is too lean.

Now, if you're going to consume ground beef, don't consume the 90 percent when it's very,

Get the ground beef, that's like 70 to 80 percent, so you have more fat.

If you could, make sure that it's grass fat and organic, that would be the ideal situation.

Now it is true ground beef has more surface area for the enzymes in the acid to help you
