Good to have you guys here for it. For those you don't know, open mic is just really more of a laid-back version of the John Cambia show, where we're just going to chat casually amongst ourselves.

I'm going to take your questions and we'll talk about whatever you guys want to talk about,

you know, as long as it's reasonable.

you guys here so listen i wanted to when i do an open mic what i normally do is i usually start off

by talking about one topic one topic one issue and then we go over to the live questions.

And I thought I would start with this tonight, because somebody wrote me a very interesting question today

that I thought was kind of fascinating. And by the way, good to have all you guys here.

Thank you for joining me here tonight. With all the talk that's been going on the last couple of weeks,

ever since it became public info that Paramount and Skydance were interested in buying Warner Brothers.

And since then, we've now found out multiple companies

are interested in buying Warner Brothers,

including NBC Universal Comcast, Netflix, and others.

And now Warner Brothers is straight up publicly saying we are open for sale. We're

entertaining offers to buy us. In the midst of all of that, and we've been talking about

who's going to buy them, who's in the best position to buy them, who would we want to buy them,
