And really at Wayler, we're certainly trying to think about how we build

a modern business, a business that works for everybody,

works for women, and that where we have a kind of modern approach

to emotional intelligence and thinking about how we humanise what we do

in our workforce.

and to think a little bit more about emotional intelligence and the importance

it plays in building today's workplace and culture.
