Welcome to the Dr. Berg's Healthy Keto and Interminute Fasting Podcast, where Dr. Berg takes you on the journey for the truth about getting healthy and losing healthy weight. So today we're going to talk about why eggs are especially important for a

0:47.5

postmenopausal female. Eggs, and I'm talking about the yolks, are loaded with coline.

0:55.5

And coline is a vitamin to help strip fat off the liver.

really drops way down and it gives them a ratio of too much estrogen, but it's compared to progesterone. But if we look at the total

2:02.4

amount of estrogen, postmenopausal, it's going to be a lot lower. And estrogen protects against

2:08.8

the loss of chlorine. Some women will take estrogen after their postmenopausal. The problem with that,

2:16.5

it has some complications, like increasing
