Hey, good morning. It's Patricia Murphy. It's Monday. This is Seattle now. Driving in Seattle is not

easy. During the best of times. Add some dark, fog, and rain to the mix. It's a lot.

We'll talk with Udub ophthalmologist, Dr. Jen U about why it's so much harder to see this time

of year and what we can do about it. But first, let's get you caught up.

There's one more step Washington State has to take to finalize the 2024 election results.

Tomorrow, Washington State's 12 electoral college members will convene to send their vote to the

president of the Senate and the National Archives. Our electors have pledged to vote for Kamala Harris,

who won the popular vote here.

Today, the Seattle Film Critics Society will announce the 2024 award winners.

The 23 categories range from Best Picture and Director to Best Youth Performance and Best Villain.

These winners don't need ties to the region, but an award is given to the best film made in the Pacific Northwest.

The nominees include Rainier, A Beer Odyssey, and Fish War.
