Hello everyone welcome to the Red Men podcast.

Pre-season continues unabated. In fact it actually technically begins this week

Chris. It's mad we've

played football games again it's boss mmm but it doesn't feel like we've had very

long off does it it never does never does genuinely never does it's boss though

no no I mean I feel like I've had a restaurant, it's weird because it feels like it's

come around really quickly and yet at the same time, I was looking back through some of our old videos

this week for some side project thing and I had to go it was I was

surprised how far I had to go back to the to the butter game because we do a lot of

videos of daily news both but I you know I've not thought about that game in a while.

My thought of been very much about maintaining an even keel emotionally around the transfer
