1:21.4 | So yeah, so it was honestly not something I would ever expect. |
1:25.4 | Life takes you in mysterious ways. I came in January to visit Austin with one of my friends who was looking to live in Austin. And I was like, let's see what it's like. |
1:34.4 | I was everywhere in the world a shot because I don't know my initial reaction was I hate it. |
1:42.4 | I was like, I don't like this place. It's just it's not a city coming from New York. It's not a city. Right. |
1:48.4 | So one thing that's the next my company that I work for has an office here. They were like, we're doing hiring. We're doing a lot of fun things. |
1:55.4 | I love Austin for the early culture and the tech all that stuff. So I was like, I want to leave New York at some point in my life. I love New York. |
2:03.4 | I'll go back at some point. I'm like, let me try it. I'm 23. It's a very young. It's time to leave. |
2:08.4 | So I did it. And all of my friends were like, you're so brave. I could never do that. I'm like, why am I doing this? |
2:14.4 | And the last month, the last couple of months have been hard. I will say, yeah, yeah. |
2:20.4 | It's such a change, but it's nice to wake up every day and it's sunny outside. |
2:25.4 | What are what is what are like two or three things that you don't like about it? And then what are two or three things that you really like about it? |
2:34.4 | So I can say I number one off the bat. Don't like how people are shaped nice. Everyone says, yeah, it's Southern hospitality. I say bullshit. |
2:42.4 | Because in New York, people are mean, but you know where you stand all the time. Someone will literally you know where you stand. If you need help, they're there. |
