So I am not unfamiliar to coaching and therapy. I've worked with both and I've loved it.

And I, January just was a month where we had a lot going on.

And I just found myself really short-tempered and really just irritable.

helpful for me, but I, like, wasn't doing them. Okay. And so I, yeah, I don't know. I don't know,

like, what's holding me back from doing these things that I know will help me. Yeah. Okay. So,

have you ever been diagnosed with depression? Um, I've had postpartum depression. Yeah. Okay. But otherwise, no. Okay. So have you ever been diagnosed with depression? I've had postpartum depression, yeah.
