When I read the book, How We Change by Dr. Ross Eleanor, I knew we had to do a podcast.

I'd never seen anything quite like it, to be honest.

He goes into all of the reasons why it's just so damn hard to change.

And then how to change, how hard it is to change.

It was such a great conversation.

He's a great guy and I can't wait to share this podcast, which I must say just might

change some things in your life.

But before we get started, I want to talk to you guys once again about groove ring.

Now you're going to see me wearing these silicone wedding rings, probably from now to the

rest of my life.

And I wear them because they're just so incredibly comfortable and convenient.

I can slide them in a boxing glove.

I can go swimming.

I wear them and I don't have to think about them because they're so incredibly comfortable.

And they're called groove rings because they actually carved grooves on the inside of

the bands.

So that allows air to come in and allows moisture to go out.

So you don't get like a little sweat band on your finger, which isn't that comfortable

at all.

So these are by far the best rings.
