Over the weekend was Houston Marathon

I don't know what they called anymore

Forever it was the Tennessee marathon and then

Tenico became El Paso when they sold out. And I don't know who the lead. I think Methodist was the sponsor at one point. I don't know who sponsors

anyway, it doesn't matter.

And the county judge Lena Hidalgo

posted a picture of herself, having just finished the half marathon.

And then she posted her time,

her official result from the marathon organization.

Two hours, two minutes for Victoria Grant.

So let's talk about for a moment exactly what just happened.

She or just happened.

She, or one of her many staffers, three of them are under indictment,

signed up to run the marathon. But she signed up to run a marathon.

But she signed up under a fake name,

because you know she has such security concerns.

That's why she has to have, that's why you have to pay your tax dollars for a security detail of hers and

without going too far and getting some folks fired, that security detail is reduced to, for instance, when she does a triathlon, they take her to the triathlon, they get her bike out for her.

They're expected to do all this. They get her bike out, they get all her gear out. They are

her personal aides, not just her security. Why does she need security? Ed Emmett never had security.
