It’s not secret, we live in a sinful and evil world. People all around us are suffering. The world is filled with pain and hatred and violence. In addition, we also have disease, sickness, and failing bodies. In short, we live on a sin saturated planet. But if God is truly loving, all-powerful, and good, why does He allow such evil to remain? In other words, what’s the purpose of evil? In this episode of Real Christianity, pastor Dale Partridge turns to the Scriptures to examine these questions and respond with answered backed by the Bible.

1:00.5	who asks, pastor, I never know what to say. When I hear someone's state that they don't
1:07.3	know if God exists because of all the suffering and evil in the world. Does the problem of
1:13.4	evil defeat Christianity? What should I say to those who think it does? This is obviously
1:20.7	a complex question. I'm going to offer the most simplified answer I can, but even then
1:27.7	it is still a difficult conversation to have. But before we begin, I just wanted to announce
