Today's 10-minute walk is helping you stay fitness consistent. So let's go for a walk.

Early in the morning, which is typical for these walks that I take with you, is not the only walk

What you're doing today, what we're doing today is hard. I've said this often and we'll

continue saying it. Fitness is hard. Making the decision to pursue fitness is hard. Making the

decision to head out the door, to get off the couch and head out the door is hard.

Sticking with it doing that day after day, week after week, month after month, I believe for most

people is even harder. What you're doing is really hard. And maybe you're feeling that. Maybe

you have felt that. Maybe you know someone

that you're trying to encourage to walk with you who feels that. They always have a reason why,

nah, I can't take a walk now. Too busy. Don't feel good. Too tired.

You know, ultimately, when we say that, what we're really saying is, I don't feel like it.

It isn't worth doing because of these speed bumps, these challenges I'm feeling.
