| 0:28.0 | It's in our genetics. |
| 0:30.0 | Number one, acquiring food. |
| 0:32.0 | And number two, avoiding being the food. |
| 0:35.0 | Being chased by a tiger, right? |
| 0:37.0 | So it's in our genes. |
| 0:38.0 | It's a survival mechanism. |
| 0:40.0 | Our genes, over time, have adapted to anything increasing our survival. |
| 0:45.0 | So when you exercise, all sorts of really cool things happen. |
| 0:50.0 | Well, let's first look at the number one cause of death on this planet. |
| 0:54.0 | It's cardiovascular disease. |
| 0:57.0 | So anything done to improve cardiovascular health would extend your life. |
| 1:03.0 | Now, there's a very interesting study I'll put the link down below that that compared two things. |
| 1:08.0 | People that did physical activity versus inactivity. |

| 1:13.0 | And they also looked at all cause mortality. |
