Welcome to the first Faith Friday episode. Oh my gosh. I am your host, Janine Amapol Award,

and I'm so excited to be hanging out with you here today on Happy and Healthy. If you were new here,

I have been doing this podcast for the last five years.

I'm about to be 32 years old in March, which is really exciting. And I am a Christian. I have a heart

for women, for young women, for now young moms and just moms in general. And I just want to use

my platform to bless people.

This is the first episode of the Faith Friday episodes.

I post every single Tuesday on YouTube, Apple Podcast, Spotify.

Do a lot of episodes with my husband, solo episodes,

and occasional guests here and there.

But I really felt like I was missing out on what the podcast originated on,

which was faith-based advice girl chat episodes. And that's what we're going to be doing here

every single Friday audio only. Eventually, this could turn into video, but for now, I don't want to

bite off more than I can chew, especially being a mom. And I just want to be able to sit down, have a cozy space, and just do some episodes that are about 30 to 40 minutes long, where you guys can sit down, grab a Bible, grab a pen, or listen in the gym or the car, whatever. And we're just going to hang out. We're going to talk about life. We're going to get to know each other more. I want to hear from you guys. I want to see the DMs. I want to see the requests. And I want you guys to know me more, but I want to know you more too. And we're going to be doing this every single Friday. So I hope you guys are excited. I have seen some of the DMs where, you know, you guys have told me you want more solo episodes.

You want more girl episodes.

You kind of missed it just being me.

And I kind of missed that too, to be honest.

But I didn't want it to be this whole production because I'm not going to lie.

Putting on a podcast is a lot of work,

like a lot, a lot of work. I have team members that are helping me, you know, it's a crazy thing.

Like we have ads and we're working with brands and I have editors and social media girls and

yeah, it's a lot. But here in Oklahoma, it's just me it's me myself and i and i do this all by
