Hello, my level up family. I love you. And I'm so grateful and so excited to be here with all of you.

You know, on a personal note, tomorrow I am leaving

for Florida to get my Bailey ready for college. And I have twins. And they both move into college

on the same day. So Ryan and Bailey are my youngest of four children. I know I talk about my kids a lot.

And so when I moved Brooke and Tyler, and I was there to

move both of them in. They were, you know, two years apart and it is impossible this time around.

So Ryan will be perfectly fine and amazing with his dad, but I have to tell you, it's me. I want to be in

both places at the same time. But the good news is by the time you hear this, and I hear this podcast

coming out, they'll be well on their way because I record in advance and they should be all

moved in situated and, God willing, I have recovered, but just need to share with you what's

going on. Another thing that I really wanted to touch on before we get started today is

Instagram. And I want to get started because it's really,

I do have quite a few of you following me on Instagram, but I have multiple pages pretending to be me.

So what they're doing is they're screenshoting my page. They're setting up an account. They're using my name.

They're using my pictures. They're using my pictures.

And their their Instagram handle is so close to mine that it appears to be me.

So I have two Instagram handles. One is Debbie underscore Neal, which is my personal one. And the other one is Debbie Neal. Dot level up.

So please make sure that these are the only accounts when it comes to me that you're following.
