It happened one beautiful sunny afternoon. I was about 10 years old. I was watching a softball game at my elementary school and having the best day ever. I had a little snack money jingling around in my pocket so I

decided to buy a giant pack of grape flavored bubble gum. I was so excited about

the game, the delicious gum, that I decided to sprint back to the stands.

And as I was running, I was also trying to watch the softball game at the same time.

Because it turns out my best friend was running towards me

Next thing I know we smacked into each other so hard

My first ever nose bleed. I felt so confused and kind of scared.
