Americano podcast. And I think it's fair to say it's been a fairly fascinating time in American politics, life and culture.

And we're going to be asking why men in dresses seem to keep going around killing people.

And this is because this week in Rhode Island, a man in a dress went to a hockey game and killed members of his family

before turning the gun on himself. Last week, another man who wants to be a woman, a boy,

an 18-year-old, killed several people in Canada at a school.

And last year in Minneapolis, Robert Westman, who also wants to be a woman, went on a killing spree at the Annunciation Catholic Church in Minneapolis.

Kelly, you've written a piece for us, which we published yesterday, called The Truth About Trans Violence.

And I suppose I should start by asking you, what is the truth about trans violence?

Well, I have a difficulty when it comes to the word trans,

because it sort of implies that there is a separate category of human.

And I just don't think there is. However that there is a separate category of human, and I just

don't think there is. However, there are a set of behaviours associated to a group of people,
