My question today is I'm a very high control, get things done, kind of a person, you know, on a schedule.

And one of the things that I'm highly controlled over is what I eat. I'm a really healthy

eater four days of the week. And then every week, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, it's like I lose my mind when it comes to my eating.

I'm sure it's somewhat of an eating disorder. I don't cause myself to throw up, but I can't stop the binge.

I just eat. And so I wonder if you can give me some guidance as to why I'm so like opposite, like so controlled most of the week and then so completely feeling like I have no control when it comes to like
