Update on Governor, then Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's official portrait is from the San

Francisco Chronicle. Turns out Arnold Schwarzenegger got painted early on in his term. He was going to

have a lapel pin of himself wearing his wife's picture. Maria Schreiber's picture. Well,

she's still his wife, but there let's say a strange cuss-off love child and other things.

Here, let me quote from the paper, according to Sacramento sources, the original painting was

commissioned by the former governor a number of years ago while he was still in office,

and while his TV journalist wife was still believed to be near and dear to his heart.

Sources tell us the painting, which sat for years in Schwarzenegger's production office,

originally featured, like I said, that lapel pin, and it's been covered over with a blue

smudge of paint. If you want to check out the picture, it's really inartfully done.
