you know and be like seinfeld episode 90 whatever it was you know maybe that's presents some

useful utility i don't know but anyway today's episode we're just gonna have a little fun today

so um you know it's it's about uh i don't know like i know the people that listen to our

podcast i've met enough of you guys to kind of have an idea of who you are.

And I'm pretty sure you guys will, you know, we'll have some fun today, basically.

So today's episode is we're just going to talk about sort of the alpha male bros.

So, you know, there's this, this culture online of these in, you know, sort of, you know, air quotes, alpha dudes that are out there on the these in you know sort of you know air quotes alpha dudes

that are out there on the internet you know you know the type right they all have this sort of this

it's almost like there's like a book that they read and it's like all of the same things like

you have to have like a really expensive watch while you're driving some expensive car and you got

to take the picture you have to find you know a woman expensive car and you've got to take the picture. You have to find,

you know, a woman who, you know, scantily clad. Maybe she's an only fan's model, whatever. You,

you know, it's this sort of thing, right? And, you know, then they preach that as if this is the

way that we should all, this is what we should all strive for.

And obviously, I know that many of you guys watching this and listening to this are of a different opinion spoken to enough of you.

When I've posted some stuff on Instagram recently, we had some fun on there.

And a lot of you guys shares your same opinions and ideas.

And so we're going to have some fun with it today and talk about why the alpha bros are literally the, if you guys have ever seen

the memes where there's the guy who comes into the gym and says, oh, I can't do this because I

just see red and bodies drop. Like, they're all that guy. And I'll share why, you know, that
