Hey Katie, you know I love book podcasts.

Oh my gosh, I know you do Meredith. I do too.

But there's one podcast out there that I really wish existed.

I wish there was a podcast with two friends who love to read and who read a lot and once a week they

tell us all about the books that they read that they loved and the ones they didn't

love. Yes.

And they'd have big opinions either way.

Those are key.

No being wishy-washy.

Because who cares about a book that's me?

Right.

And sometimes they'd even disagree with each other enthusiastically.

Uh-huh and they totally talk about books they loved all their lives and the ones

they'd press into readers hands if they could.

And then when they talk about those books they'd give listeners enough info to get a sense of whether or not it's of interest or a good fit for them, but not so much plot summary that you feel like you've read the book already.

Oh my gosh, I hate that. Just give me a flavor, people. I don't want the whole already. Oh my gosh I hate that.

Just give me a flavor people.

I don't want the whole meal.

You get me, yes.

And they do all of this in a fast-paced book forward format.

No going down rabbit holes for 10 minutes at a time on non-book topics.

And because I'm picky this way, I like a podcast that's about 40 minutes long, no movie-length
