We'd like to get right into it.

And what we're going to get into today is the question of former President Trump and

all those documents that he had in his possession that are now the basis of all these criminal

charges against him.

And I want to go with this from a little different angle here.

I mean, there are a lot of questions surrounding this indictment of Trump.

You know, of course, it alleges that after he left the White House, he kept secret national

defense information that he was not legally allowed to possess.

Now, some of these questions are like, did Trump, who was the President of the United States,

have the authority to decide what to keep and what to give to the archives after he left

office?

Another question, just how sensitive were the documents that he kept?

Another question.

And even if Trump lacked the specific authority, and even if the papers were really sensitive,

has the Biden Justice Department overreached by charging Trump with 37 felonies, not 36,

not 38, 37 felonies, okay.

Now those are all questions that some of which we talked about, but underlying all of

those is a more fundamental question, which is, why did Trump keep all that stuff in the

first place?

I mean, whether put aside, whether it was legal or not, why did he keep all that stuff?

What was the thing?
