So I want to address that because here we have an FBI analyst saying that Kohlberger's phone

was in the vicinity of the 1122 King Road on 23 occasions.

At first it was thought to be 12 or 13.

Now it's up to 23.

There was an expert that the defense had that said, oh, cell phone pinging is

unreliable. Here's an FBI expert who's saying that it was, I believe, within 100 meters of 1122

King Road on 23 occasions. If they can pinpoint that down, Mike, that is very, very powerful evidence.

Yeah, because once that comes in, Ann Taylor will have to somehow defend that when she gets

her own witnesses up there, if she has any, during the defense's case after the prosecution

arrest and the defense gets the chance to present their evidence. She would have to have someone

explain, you know, somewhere along the line, maybe Brian Koeberg himself, although I doubt it,

that he was there because he had friends in the area, maybe a block away, you know, the next

building over from them and he was there visiting.

But that would require a name, the address, the phone number, why you were there,

on what dates do you claim you were there, you know, that sort of thing.

And I think at this point, at this late stage, we would have heard from Ann Taylor about that

to explain a way to judge, to the judge, Raider.

I'm sorry, Hipler, sorry, Hitler, why he was there all those times.

The fact that there hasn't been any mention of any sort of alibi, real alibi with a

a person's name and an address and a phone number, a real person.

I don't think there is anything.

I don't think he has any sort of real defense to that FBI agent's testimony,
