Can't do it without the mods. But here we are. This is a case that I am absolutely befuddled by, if I may use that.

I've never used that word in my life, but I think it's fitting here.

This happened September 19th, a sheriff named Mickey Steins in Letcher County, Kentucky,

part of Appalachia, rural part of Kentucky.

He goes to lunch with the local judge, Kevin Mullins, who is 54 years old.

Apparently, they have a decent lunch.

And then something comes up about the phone, something being on their phone.

Apparently, the sheriff calls a number from his phone and then from the judge's phone and shortly

thereafter we're not going to show the video and the COE's going to load in some elements you see
