latte and I'm recording this I was going to say filming. Thank God I'm not

filming. I'm not looking or feeling my best right now. Thank you

had a fabulous weekend. I hope you're feeling amped up and kind of ready to go

and feeling absolutely capable of tackling literally whatever life throws at you this week.

And I don't think that that's asking too much from your favorite podcast hosts.

Energy is like actually astronomically high right now. It's also, it's Saturday, so I'm not recording this on Sunday night, that's always a plus. It's Saturday morning, which again, just like let's play to our strengths here people.

Like why do I not record more podcast episodes in the morning, which is when I historically and

kind of statistically speaking absolutely have the most energy I don't know why do I not do that because I

Sadistic I guess I like I don't why do I do this to myself? It is torture when I don't do this.

Anyways, I'm very excited for this week's episode. This week's episode, if you couldn't

tell by the title, why did I say that? We're talking about moments that you guys were brave enough and kind enough to write in and share with us, share with the class.

We're talking about moments where you say something and you experience such instant and

visceral regret.
