What a week it's been since we last chatted. I do think we might have some new listeners this week

because I was aggressively pushing the podcast down people's throats with the impending TikTok ban of it

all, which will touch on momentarily, don't you fret? So hello to any new listeners. So happy you're

here. I hope you enjoy yourselves. I hope everyone had a beautiful weekend. I hope you were

able to rest and relax and rejuvenate and I hope you feel like you can tackle whatever

life might throw at you this week. And I don't think that that's asking too much of your favorite

podcast host. Wow. It's been, it's been a time. We are going to jump without further ado into

peak and valley of the week. Peak of the week, what good things happen this week?

Hmm. Straight up not much. I did go on TikTok live for the first time and there were so many

prison guards in the chat on TikTok live, which was so fun. I figured if this app's getting banned,

I might as well use this one feature that I've

never used before. And I went live a couple times over the weekend in the chaos of it all.

And there were so many of you guys there, which was so fun. Because I feel like I never get to chat

with you in that type of, like where you can immediately reply to something I'm saying. So that was

really fun. so shout out to

all the prison guards that were in the TikTok live as the ship was sinking now to cut to the chase

valley of the week was just the absolute roller coaster that we all went on last week I've never been

more confused and gotten more whiplash in my entire

life with the situation. Last week was a whirlwind. It was an entire roller coaster with really high
