I'm doing good. Just a quick note real quick. I don't know if anybody saw this this morning, but Chris Johnson, in being interviewed by Michael Stray Strahan is just diagnosed with ALS and

just want to give my thoughts and prayers to his him and his family Chris was truly one of the

elite athletes that I played with and against and ALS comes from nowhere and you just feel like

a guy who was strong physical one of the kindest dudes I've ever known.

It just, I really feel for him and his family and wish him all the best, and that he lives a long life despite this really devastating diagnosis.

We find out this morning in an interview with Good Morning America with Michael Shrayhan,

as Tiki, just alluded to just heartbreaking, tragic, but, you know, one of those diseases that,

you know, you hope he could fight to what extent he could fight, but just gut-wrenching when you

see that this morning. So, man, there's no real easy way to transition this to the nonsense of

sports away from life. Well, I mean, there is because the nonsense in New York is bad. It feels less gun-wrenching. And the Mets are terrible. Continuiling. And now we know why if you want to listen to Eric Chavez. Pot A and Pot B. The Eric Chavez stuff, we are going to get to it a little bit with the Mets disaster that was. It's not exactly like Andy Green woke up the New York Mets, although they got brief life yesterday when AJ Ewing had his pinch hit home run. It all went for not after that. But the Yankees get swept in Boston, Tiki. Yeah. And for all the mockery we made during the early hot play by the Yankees in June here we are with a couple days left in June, and the June swoon as we know to grow it feels real that 12 and 12 in June. It's not, but that's not a swoon. That's just that I for some reason am not worried about this. I don't know why. Okay. And maybe it's because John Carlo Stanton's out,

maybe because Aaron Judge is out right now.

They've got some players who aren't used to being them in,

like Ben Rice, etc., becoming more and more important for this team.

But I don't feel worried.

I feel like in Boston, this was their world series.
