It's time for a Friday Light edition of Fighting for the Faith.

It is Friday, December 4, 2009.

Got a good program lined up.

Don't want to miss this one. I always feel at the end of the end of the program that dishes up a daily dose of biblical discernment,

the goal of which is to get you to think bibically, to think critically, and to compare what

people are saying in the name of God to the word of God.

When somebody claims to be a man or woman of God and they claimed something about God, that

God is this or God does that or God expects this or

God expects that and God wants you to do this or God wants you to do that you've got

to compare what that person is saying to the Bible.

This includes me, Mr. Rosebrough.

The reason why it includes me is because I am a sinful human being.

And I do not know everything there is to know about God. In fact, I pretty much claim to know

nothing about God except for what he has revealed about himself in his own

word.

Apart from that, I'm completely clueless.

I'm in the dark as to what God is like. The reason I say that is because the

the reason I say that is because when I look at nature

yet nature itself does testify to God and what he is done

and his nature and and and all of that the problem is is that it's really

difficult to figure out what God is like by looking at nature and the reason why is because, well, what we find out in scriptures is that the creation is
