Most people pray for relief from pressure, but David recognized that God was actually expanding him through it. I explain why Scripture shows distress is often the tool God uses to enlarge your capacity, strengthen your character, and prepare you for greater responsibility  . When you see what God is doing in the tension, the pressure stops feeling pointless and starts becoming preparation.
